These terms are dated 7 June 2026. Version 1.1.
1. Information about us
The Site is operated by GMD Automation Limited (GMD, we, us or our), a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 16970320.
GMD provides fully managed AI automation for UK businesses, including AI-powered agents and social media automation built and managed on our customers' behalf.
To contact us, please email enquiries@gmdautomation.ai.
2. Relationship with our services agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Site only. The provision of any services by GMD is governed separately by the master services agreement and any proposal agreed between GMD and the relevant customer (the Services Agreement).
If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Services Agreement in relation to the provision of services, the Services Agreement shall prevail.
3. Our AI consultant
Our contact page includes an AI chat consultant that you may use to make general enquiries about our services. The AI consultant is provided to give general information and to help direct your enquiry. It does not give professional, financial, legal or other advice, and you must not rely on any output of the AI consultant as advice.
Responses generated by the AI consultant may be inaccurate or incomplete. Any proposal, scope of work or commitment from GMD is given only in writing through a Proposal under the Services Agreement, and not through the AI consultant. Please do not submit sensitive personal data through the AI consultant. Our use of the AI consultant and any related cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy.
4. Accessing the Site
The Site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Site for business and operational reasons.
You are responsible for making the arrangements necessary to access the Site, and for ensuring that all persons who access the Site through your connection are aware of these Terms and comply with them.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation; for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; to transmit unsolicited advertising; or to knowingly transmit any virus or other harmful material.
You must not access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of the Site, any equipment or network on which it is stored, or any software used in its provision.
6. Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site and in the material published on it. All such rights are reserved. You may print off or download extracts of any page for your own internal business use, but you must not modify any materials or use any part of the content on the Site for commercial purposes without our licence.
7. No reliance on information
The content on the Site, including any output of the AI consultant, is provided for general information only and is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on the Site.

8. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations and other terms which may apply to the Site or any content on it, whether express or implied, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use, the Site, or reliance on any content displayed on it.
Where you are a business user, we will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business or revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
9. Third-party content, links and viruses
The AI consultant and certain features of the Site are provided by third parties and may be subject to those third parties' own terms. Where the Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties (such as our LinkedIn page), those links are provided for your information only and we have no responsibility for their content.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses, and you are responsible for configuring your technology and using your own virus protection software.
10. General
These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and we and you both agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
These Terms do not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of their terms. If any provision or part-provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms.
We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page, so please check it from time to time.
